Job Responsibilities

Provide trouble shooting and on-site support for all branch locations
Network, Hardware and software installation support and maintenance
End user support for all IT related issues
Assist in all IT related projects
Keeping all related information confidential

Requirements

At least 2 year relevant experience in technicial support
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Self-motivated, hardworking, responsible and able to work independently
Willing to learn
