Job Duties:
- To perform day-to-day data centre routine duties such as system backup, server reboot, facilities checks, etc.
- Participate and monitor the change implementation related to Data Center Facility Management
- To record issue log and prepare reports
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, preferable with certificate/diploma in IT related discipline
- Relevant experience in computer operation and data center is highly referred
- Shift duties (24x7 shift)
- Good communication and customer services skills
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- HK permanent resident is required
