Technical Support Engineer (Govt)

Duties:

• Responsible for the administration, enhancement and support of the Windows image using Windows Deployment Toolkit and other necessary tools
• Responsible for the administration, enhancement and support of the OA software for office work efficiency, e.g. adobe reader, Firefox browsers
• Responsible for the administration, enhancement and support of the desktop infrastructure for smooth running of internal applications
• Responsible for support the migration of HKFP terminals from Windows 7 to Windows 10
• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma Holder or above in Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 3 years IT technical support experience
• Have strong and solid scripting experience in Windows, e.g. Powershell, VBscript, Batch script
• Hands-on experiences on Microsoft Deployment ToolKit and follow the industry best practice
• With support experience for Windows migration from 7 to 10
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
