接受批評是一種學習

你討厭被批評嗎？

大部分人都不願意接受批評，因為當一件自己非常用心和認真地做的事，最後出來的結果卻是被人議論的時候，心總些有不悦。儘管批評是善意的，但內容總是會和你用心做出來的成果有反向的建議，此時的你內心總會有抗拒的時刻。可是冷靜下來以後，你能夠認真反思別人的批評嗎？

批評簡單地能分成兩類，善意和惡意。聽到批評的第一步便是要分辨對方的意圖，到底他希望讓你的工作有改善，還是只是有意圖地向你攻擊。可是，就算你可分辨得出他是惡意的，不代表你要惡意相向，能夠正確地回應他們的批評，也是一種學習，更是一種訓練。 訓練自己判斷批評的能力，篩選能夠學習和提升自己的意見，其餘的則考驗你的你識反應力。

有不少人面對批評會習慣迴避，拒絕回應各類批評。因為認為自己是對的無必向別人解釋，也可能有些人是因為面子的問題。如一些自尊心過強的人 ，不肯面對批評，但一次又一次錯過了學習和令到自己進步的機會值得嗎？ 自尊心重的你，到了因自己的固執而最終失敗的時候，你能接受結果嗎？
