你的生命是很有力量的，但也因為曾經盲目地橫衝直撞，留下破碎與傷痕。
那些「失去」的傷口，在心中刻下疤痕，時而隱隱作痛。久了便不那麼痛了，雖然季節轉換的時候，天氣變冷的時候，會厲害點，但你承受痛苦的能力，也會逐漸茁壯。
沒有破碎，就沒有修補的機會；沒有失落，就無法體會珍惜的重要。
當我們都曾歷經傷痛，那些經驗在彼此之間形成橋樑，讓我們懂得疼惜、理解彼此。
每一次傷痛都是獨特且無可取代的，而有些碎裂的東西，雖無法回到原本的樣子，也不必因此感到遺憾。
因為我們失去的，總有一天會以另一種形式回到我們身邊。
那時，我們會更加珍惜，因為得來不易；因為曾有遺憾與破碎，所以更值得用心守護、溫柔以待。
寒冷提醒了我的脆弱，也加深了我的勇氣。我明白，有些破碎無法拾起、無法癒合，但會化作深遠的力量，成為完整生命的一部分。
所以，難過一下下就好，然後繼續前行。那些痛，都承載著屬於你的意義與價值。說不清楚的，只有自己知道。

半月前腦子一熱，收起並打包好了冬季衣服及被子，結果連續三天早上都是硬生生被凍醒的。
