Three years after the Star Core Crystal was placed in C137’s core cabin, the Interstellar Alliance ushered in an unprecedented era of peace. Thanks to the stabilizing effect of the Star Core, the once chaotic navigation routes became safe. All alliances set aside old grievances and jointly established the "Interstellar Cooperation Council." G Morty was elected as the first Speaker, while Husnain served as the Council’s Chief of Defense, responsible for coordinating interstellar security affairs.

Half a year after VixentheFox left, C137 took on a special mission—escorting an interstellar archaeological team to the "Forgotten Star Sector," where the legendary "Star Core Crystal," capable of stabilizing interstellar magnetic fields, was hidden. Husnain volunteered to be the escort captain. Before departure, G Morty handed him an old communicator: "This belonged to C137’s former leader. It’s said to be able to receive the fluctuation signals of the Star Core Crystal; it might come in handy at a critical moment."

In the council chamber of the RGSS Alliance, the light from the crystal chandelier was as cold as ice. RVX held a yellowed document between his fingers, glanced down contemptuously at G Morty standing in the center of the chamber, and a sneer curled at the corner of his mouth: "The leader of the C137 Alliance? Merely a blood-stained terrorist."

為何大部分人都覺得創業甚艱難？因為一生都在受打工培訓

近年香港社會比較多談創業，但創業的成功率卻十分低。原因之一，是我們根本沒有受過創業的培訓。今天半宅職薯就和大家討論在香港創業這一回事。

 

香港教育是培訓打工仔

直至今天，我們香港教育主要都是在培訓打工仔。這不單是課程的設計方式，更加是我們灌輸給學生的價值觀。

 

香港的考試制度特別注重策略：怎樣了解計分方式、拿捏得分位、寫出最近似標準答案的答案。這種思路，其實都在訓練學生接受制度，服從制度，只不過學生覺得自己正在破解制度，而自我感覺良好罷了。

 

而學校校規呢？通常都會懲罰標奇立異，與眾不同的學生。學生想好好地過活嗎？必須表現得和其他學生一樣，卻在老師要求的指標下（例如成績和比賽）中做到最好。而考試和比賽，往往卻不完全反映現實，屬於在指定範圍幻想出來的框架下比拼。

 

於是，我們培訓出來的年輕人，都習慣在某種框架之下存活和工作。一旦沒有框架去依循，他們會感到迷失恐懼，不知自己應該做甚麼。

 

創業所需的條件

如果你試過創業的話，你自然會明白到創業必須觀察市場找出需求，找方法做到與眾不同，建立並且突顯自己的理念，再熟練地揣摩人性管理員工，進而建立系統。
