Job Description:
Capture and manage data to prepare reports regarding sales performance, sales activities, demand forecast and inventory
Process full range of sales quotations, purchase orders and sales order follow-up
Handle customer enquiries, requests and complaints in professional manner
Co-ordinate with sales teams and functional teams to deliver business results
Assist managers to perform sales analysis and inventory monitoring
Support department administrative duties
Job Requirement:
Diploma holder in any disciplines with strong numerical and analytical skill
At least 3 years relevant working experience preferably gained in MNC in the pharmaceutical or health care industry
Excellent inter-personal and communication skill
Details oriented, initiative and good in problem solving skill
Committed to quality and business results
Proficiency in MS Office
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
