飲食上
1·維持充足的水分:體內缺水,肌膚也會缺水、乾燥,建議成人每天要喝 2000c.c.以上的水。

2·飲食營養均衡:平日可以補充茄紅素和鐵質,加強血液輸送的能力,改善血液循環,同時補充維生素E,提供眼球和眼周肌膚組織所需的營養

生活習慣:

要做足防曬,紫外線會導致色素沉澱、肌膚老化,出門前一定要做足防曬,去保護眼部及面部皮膚營養

3·睡眠要充足
熬夜、睡眠不足/疲勞都會導致黑眼圈,想改善黑眼圈,先好好睡個美容覺吧!

避免用眼過度:用眼過度會導致眼壓過高,工作再忙都要讓適度讓眼睛休息。

避免過度摩擦眼周肌膚:除了卸妝要溫和及徹底卸乾淨之外,不會過度摩擦、拉扯眼周肌膚,以免造成黑色素沉澱。

可以擦維生素A、維生素C、A酸等美白使用時要留意濃度不能太高,避免眼周出現過敏、刺激。

(消除血管型黑眼圈)
擦維生素K可以維持皮下微血管的完整,有機會減少及防止因血管破裂而引起的紫斑現象。此外,適度熱敷、按摩,都可以促進眼周血液循環、消水腫,改善血管型黑眼圈。
