A.I. Apps Developer (Freelance)

We are looking for a freelancer who can develop A.I. Apps in Android and iOS.  He/She should possess at least 2-3 years of experience and relevant qualifications.  Advanced skills (e.g. machine learning) are preferred but not essential at this stage.  Please note that we are looking for a partner rather than an employee and so he/she is expected to receive a free share option (amounted to not less than $800,000) instead of a salary, after the goals are accomplished.
