课程简介
接受与承诺治疗(Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)是由Steven C. Hayes等人所发展出来的新一代心理治疗方法，属于认知行为治疗的第三波。接受与承诺治疗应用了各种接纳(acceptance)、正念(mindfulness)、承诺(commitment)与行为改变策略，最终希望增加个人的心理弹性。接受与承诺治疗是现今心理治疗方式中最有实证基础的一种，而她统合之前两代的认知行为治疗，改善了治疗师对个案问题的理解与治疗后果。

i. 临床行为分析(clinical behavior analysis, CBA)
ii. 功能情境主义(functional contextualism)
iii. 关系框架理论(relational frame theory, RFT)

- 与想法混淆(Fusion with your thoughts)
- 对经验的评估(Evaluation of experience)

Dr. Mann is a Registered Clinical Psychologist in UK, Australia and New Zealand, and a Registered Counseling Psychologist in Hong Kong SAR. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy, Doctor of Psychology (clinical psychology), master in psychoanalysis, and bachelor in health science from US and UK. He is an expert in psychoanalysis, ACT & EMDR, and has nearly thirty years of working experience in psychotherapy and counselling. Dr. Mann has been teaching undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in a number of local and overseas universities.
