Setting Up Cost-Effective Cloud Base Accounting System

Charge plan:

1. Basic charge: HK$ 1,000 for one-time installation service, the fee includes setting up of above mentioned basic functions of the cloud base accounting software
2. Plug-in installation fee: To make a complete accounting book, you must purchase a double entry plug-in, which is about HK$ 600. This is the public price of the software vendor. I do not make a difference. The specific charge is based on the bill at the time of installation. There is no monthly / annual charge after the plug-in is installed.
3. If you use the Bookkeeping and Accounting Report service I provided (click here to learn more), because my account has already installed the corresponding plugin, you can avoid the plug-in fee for this double entry. In addition, I will offer 5% discount for the basic charge in point 1 above.

Why chosing the accounting software I am setting up instead of others?

At the beginning of my own company's establishment, I have been searching for the most suitable accounting software, including the local computer version and the cloud version. Some local computer version are free, but there are two problems: First, if the computer hard disk is broken, and the automatic / manual backup is not set, the data will completely disappear and cannot be restored (I have tried twice, It's a headache whenever I recall ...); Second, I can't check my accounts anytime, anywhere.
