Fred is an independent photographer born and raised in Hong Kong. While studying law in university, Fred had began working as a photojournalist with various local and international media since the broke out of the anti-extradition law movement in Hong Kong, including CU Campus Radio, Eyepress news and inmedia. His work were also included in two photobooks, including《反抗故我在》(2020) and "Defiance" (2020). He now dedicates his time to documenting social phenomena and developing personal photography projects.
