Monitor and guide China subsidiaries in Hong Kong Headquarter;
Provide coaching services to clients;
Provide training to associated coaching staff in Mainland China;
Develop strategy of territory targeting in China region and sales strategy for China market;
Coordination with headquarter for research and develop new project in order to formulate coaching services for China market;
Keep good communication with local business partners and international organizations to discover and solve their issues and concerns;
Develop negotiating strategies and potentials, analysis on policy opportunities in regional level;
Travel to mainland China occasionally

Degree holder or above in any discipline
Associated Certificated Coach from ICF
Well-versed in evidence-based and multi-disciplinary coaching skills and tools grounded in positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and more
Adaptive in responding to the unique and ever-changing challenges of the 21st century, and able to help their clients through this context
Skillful in helping their clients set inspiring goals and motivating action that creates real shifts in their lives
Over 5 years’ experience in coaching/training & development industry
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
Well organized, detail-minded, multi-tasking and able to work with tight timeline
