Responsibilities:
•To handle enquires / complaints of customers and visitors at the reception counter in the managed property
•To assist the property manager / senior staffs to carry out daily operations of the property including monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning, security, etc if required
•To visit/communicate with the tenants whenever required for public relationship and for knowing/satisfying their needs
•To provide administrative support in the property management office if required
•To liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided if required
資歷要求
Requirements:
•DSE or above
•Fresh graduate will be considered
•Candidate with hospitality experience would be a definite advantage
•Interested to meet/talk to different kind of people, a good listener and is willing to tackle customers' needs
•Pleasant personality and service-oriented
•Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and good in English and Mandarin is preferable
•Hands on PC skills
•5.5 days per week (alternative)
•Shift duty: 9 hours per day (0800 – 2200)
