● 按照既定的服務程序和標準去準備早餐/午餐/晚餐擺設
Prepare the Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner set up according to the service procedure & standard
● 確保所有相關的調味品和小吃有充足儲備以供客人使用
Ensure all related condiments and snacks are well stocked for the guest
● 以友好及專業的方式提供食品和飲料給予客人
Deliver the food & beverage in a friendly and professional manner
● 維持店舖正常運作
Organize and maintain the outlet operation
● 向客人介紹特色產品,滿足其特殊要求
Explain the products with characteristics and able to accommodate special requests
● 溝通和負責劃分同事之間的職責
Communicate and divide duties/sections between colleagues
● 處理現金管理
Handle cash management
● 執行由主管分配的其他任務
Perform additional tasks assigned by Supervisor
資歷要求
● 中五程度; 2年經驗; 一般粵語; 一般英語; 懂閱讀中文; 懂閱讀英文
Form 5 or above preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in food and beverage industry, including but not limited to restaurants, lounges, fast food outlets
Proficient in both spoken English and Chinese
Service-oriented and a good team player
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
