Responsibilities:

  • Mainly Responsible for handling reception area duties such as greeting visitors and guests with good manner, handling incoming company calls and maintaining courier service
  • Ensure smooth operation of the reception counter
  • Handle general office administration duties including arrange room booking system and maintain stock lists and order office supplies as needed, schedule meetings and maintain office environment, and travel, transport arrangements, mail delivering/ banking arrangement, Administrative support for new employee
  • Provide support to telecommunication and calls arrangement including conference call, video conference
  • Responsible for expenses request and reports with finance for invoices and payment arrangement for office
  • Coordination well with internal and external customers
  •  Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned
資歷要求

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in business or related discipline  
  • 3 years’ experience as receptionist or office administration role
  • Experience in working in MNC environment or growing company is better
  • Practical experience in handling mainline operation and telephone enquiries
  • Good in PC operations such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Spreadsheet
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Capable to learn fast, work independently, and be a good team player with good coordination skills
  • Positive, presentive and Detail-oriented  
  • Immediately available is a must

Location: Sheung wan

Working hour: Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00

Salary: 18,000 - 22,000
