Responsibilities
- Engage potential customers in dialogue that opens opportunities
- Build rapport with customers, understand their business needs
- Generate sales appointments
- Negotiate sales and responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Commit to departmental and individual quotas/goals
- Take relevant notes on all calls for future use, keep proper record and prepare relevant report
- Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times
- Function as part of the team with sincere enthusiasm
資歷要求
Requirements
- DSE graduated or above; Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree a plus
- 2-3 years experience in a sales related role, preferably in telesales
- Outstanding verbal communication skills, positive attitude and ambitious
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Personable and friendly tone of voice
