Job Summary

ANS was founded in 2006 in Australia, an Australian Company that has extended it’s business into Asia. With a strong presence in Hong Kong ANS is looking to extend it’s operation into Mainland China and in Asia Pacific region.

With recently having expanded into Logistics to better service Hong Kong, with deliveries and a personal touch, and to be China ready with the ANS product range. I’s time for ANS in house Digital Marketing to be part of the expansion and the added service we would like to provide our growing clientele.

Not only servicing for our own products, but extending these services to other Companies from Hong Kong and abroad.

Duties:

Additional I.T. Technical skill will be preferred
Work closely with Marketing Manager to achieve goals and objectives
Responsible for the Sales & Marketing activities of the e-Commerce portals including regular reports preparation, promotion coordination, market intelligence consolidation, data analysis and website content maintenance
Assist in the planning and coordination of digital communications
Use of design software to create email newsletters, sales specials and social media graphics
Be proactive in understanding the international market, and online retail and multi-channel trends
Make updates to social media sites: Facebook, Instagram, twitter, EDM, SEM … and etc.
Update and maintain our website/digital photo/asset library for quick and accurate file retrieval
Undertake ad hoc assignments
Liaise with internal departments, agencies and other service providers to ensure the marketing campaigns and tasks are cost-effectively implemented to the desired quality standards

Qualification & Requirements:

2-5 years experience in an office setting are an advantage. (fresh graduates are also welcome)
Experience to develop the business into China are an advantage
Ability to take direction and work independently to achieve a goal
Proactive, responsible, mature and good communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premium Pro, etc.)
Experience in Online Store Operation (e.g. Shopify, Wechat, JD, HKTV) is a plus
Knowledge of Adwords, digital marketing and website user experience
Copywriting (English) experience in PR, Facebook feeds, Twitter tweets, blogging experience is a plus
- Familiarity with social media, web analytics tools, search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) will be an advantage
