We are looking for young and energetic Project Coordinator/Operation Assistant (part-time) with a passion for Event or HR related industry! This role would be coordinated with the management team, work closely with the Event team, also would be involved in the actual execution on client events.

**Working hour: Monday to Friday 20-25 hours per week (Most likely in the afternoon).**

What you will be responsible for:

General - in office: You will work closely with our director.

  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls & responding to the general enquiry
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and business partners
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Office facility management and general administration support

Event Coordination - on Event/ Preparation at office:

  • Assist event execution and preparation
  • Props and logistic arrangement
  • Setup and dismantle of the event
  • To provide assistance to facilitators promptly when requested
  • Take full responsibility of assigned task(s) and/or station
  • To promptly provide assistance to participants on site
  • TO HAVE FUN TOGETHER AND FINISH THE EVENT WITH A SMILE!
資歷要求

What you should be made of:

  • A passionate individual with a “can-do” attitude
  • Fast learner and out-going
  • You do not break under pressure
  • You can communicate comfortably in English and native Cantonese.
  • Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Highly energetic

What you should bring along with:

  • Tertiary education level/University graduated with 1-2 years full time working experience
  • Knowledge of hospitality/event management is preferred but not essential
  • Detailed oriented
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanour
  • Ability to be a team player (ESSENTIAL!)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Customer service skills
