To cope with the upcoming events from April to June 2019, we are now looking for a team of calibre to join us to provide the best hospitality service to our VIP guests.
為了迎合將於今年3月至6月舉行的各類大型活動及展覽，我們正在招募100 - 150人次參與活動助理，為我們客戶及貴賓提供最好的接待服務 。
(A)
Working date: 21st - 24th March 2019
Working hour: 12:00nn - 05:00pm & 06:00pm - 10:30pm
Location: Central Harbourfront Event Space
(B)
Working date: 27th, 28th, 29th March and 1st, 2nd April
Working hour: 09:00 – 17:00
Location: 1QRC, HSBC Main Building
(C)
Working date: 5th - 7th April 2019
Working hour: 7:00am - 8:45pm finish
Location: Hong Kong Stadium
(D)
Working date: 29th May - 1st June 2019
Working hour: 7:00 - 18:30 per day
Location: AsiaWorld-Expo HK

Responsibilities 工作職責
- Handle registration / redemption 辦理登記及換領事宜
- Provide excellent hospitality services 提供優質的接待服務
- Handle and answer enquiries 解決/回答客戶的查詢
- Assist in daily operation of VIP suite 協助場內日常運作
- Prepare and assist in set up during pre-event period 協助在活動前的準備
- Ad hoc duties as assigned 特設職責分配

Requirements 職位要求
- University students or F.5 above 在讀大學生或中五學歷以上，男女不限
- Excellent command in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin 流利英語、廣東話及普通話
- Energetic & responsible 充滿活力和責任感
- Proactive, detail oriented & trust worthy 積極主動，注重細節和值得信賴
- Experience gained in event is an advantage 相關活動經驗優先
