Customer Service Coordinator
1.Interface with customers and sales representatives to handle both pre-sales and post-sales service functions.
2.Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
3.Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner.
4.Monitor product order shipment to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
5.Assist in marketing activities and inventory control maintenance.
6.Assist to prepare procedures, internal guidelines and training materials for daily job operation.
7.Performs administrative duties appropriate to the activities of the unit.
8.Building up relationship with suppliers and vendors/designers.
9.Handle Post sales call if needed
10.Handling Ad hoc project
資歷要求
Job Requirements:
1. 2 years working experience in customer service.
2. Honest, reliable, able to work independently.
3. Good customer service orientation, communication & interpersonal skills.
4. Good computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Cangjie/Quick input method.
5. Good Team Player
