The successful candidates will work with Smart Living dedicated team to provide professional and efficient consultation to customers. We also offer our teammates opportunities to gain sales experience in key business areas of the company and aimed at train up a team with all rounded skill set.
Responsibilities

Provide professional consultation to customers regarding their interest in Smart Living products or services
-
Propose thorough solution to settle customer requests in a tactful and timely manner
-
Establish good customer relationship by offering one-stop-shop service
-
Mainly handle incoming call and meet with customer if necessary
Working location
-
Lai Chi Kok (nearby Mei Foo MTR Station)
Working hour
-
5-day work week including weekends & public holidays
-
42.5 hours per week, willing to take up shift duties between 0800 – 2100
資歷要求
We look for
-
F.5 / DSE or above with some sales experience. Experienced Candidate with 2 years of sales experience will be considered as Sales Executive
-
Positive working attitude, responsible and result-oriented and eager to success
-
Confident in achieving individual and team pre-set targets
-
Experience in selling or call center would be a big advantage
-
Enjoy interacting with customers with good manner and service attitude
-
Fluent in Cantonese. Good command of spoken English and Mandarin is a plus
