About the company
Our client is a leading Teleservice provider in Hong Kong. They provide excellent and premium customer service to clients from different industries. They are now looking for Travel Service Executive for their daily operation.
The right candidate will be provided all-round and comprehensive training on Communication skills, Complaint Handling skills, Problem Solving skills and Knowledge in aviation industry.
Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service to members
- Answer members’ enquiries on travel related issues
- Arrange booking for flight and hotel for members
資歷要求
Why you?
- DSE or above
- Native in Cantonese. Good English and PTH is a MUST.
- Excellent in Korean or Japanese is an advantage(Extra-allowance will be provided)
- Good client serving attitude with detailed-minded
- Good problem solving mind-set
- At least 1 year client serving experience (Fresh Graduate is WELCOME!)
薪酬福利
Offer Package
Salary : 16-20K
Time schedule : 0700-0000(9.5 hrs, 1 hr meal break is included)
1800-0230(Extra 1.8K allowance)
2330-0800(Extra 3K allowance)
Annual Leave : 14 days annual leave
13 weeks comprehensive training.
