Responsibilities:
- Supervise a small team to manage and implement research projects, such as mystery shopper assessments, quantitative and qualitative research projects
- Be responsible for client liaison, research design, project briefing, project management, quality control and reporting
資歷要求
Requirements:
- Degree holder of social science, business administration, statistics or equivalent
- At least 3 years' experience in related fields (preferably on mystery shopper assessments)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese input. Knowledge in VBA and statistical package (e.g. SPSS) is preferred
- Proactive, resourceful and detail-minded; able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills in English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Research Executive
