Job Description

Managing transport team daily operation & managing within 50 Staff ( Include Drivers + Delivery assistants & clerical administrator. 負責管理日常運輸團隊的日常運營及管理大約50名運輸部門的員工（包括司機+送貨助理和名行政文員)
Supervise direct reporting of distribution areas to meet routine transportation requirements such as hygiene, professional appearance and temperature control.監督及分配工作，的直接報告，以滿足日常運輸要求，如衛生，專業外觀和溫度控制。
Ensure all trucks are loaded/unloaded within the specified time frame. 確保在指定的時間範圍內裝載/卸載所有運輸車
Ensure and monitor compliance with transportation regulations, safety and labor law requirements for vehicles owned and operated by all companies and related drivers 監控公司運營的車輛確保符合安全及運輸法例
Ensure compliance with all SOPs, safety practices, training requirements and documentation 確保符合所有SOP，安全實踐，培訓要求和文檔

Responsibilities :

High Diploma or Diploma holder preferably in Transport, Logistics or Industrial Engineering / Diploma in Transport / Logistics or related disciplines 高級文憑/文憑在物流或工業工程/運輸/或相關學科
Minimum 8 years solid experience in distribution operation, of which at least 3-4 years at supervisory level 至少8年管理運輸部門的經驗，其中至少3-4年為管理級
Solid experience in managing sizable vehicles in the Cold Chain Transport is advantage如有管理冷凍車/大型車輛運輸中心是一個優勢
Strong leadership and people management skills, with drive to achieve business results強大的領導力和人員管理技能，以實現業務成果
Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese良好的英語口語和書面表達能力
Good knowledge in Routing schedule and GPS 熟悉路由計劃和GPS
Immediately Available is highly preferred 可立即上班是一個優勢
