- Provide professional support in compensation & benefits
- Handle payroll calculation, MPF and taxation arrangement
- Ensure company policies and practices are in compliance with local employment related ordinances
- Prepare HR reports and related analyses
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
資歷要求
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years relevant working experience
- Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related legislation
- Proficiency in EXCEL and MS Office, Chinese Word Processing
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, well-organized and independent
- Immediate available is highly preferred
