Project Manager- Fitting-out (Up to 35k, 5-Day, medical, a big corp.) - Ref. 1507

• Higher diploma or above;
• 5 years or above experience in fitting-out / construction projects of retails, offices & warehouse;
• Responsible for project planning, scope of work and budget control;
• Manage and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client's representatives;
• Conduct regular meetings with related documentation to report the project progress;
• Good knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project.

Remarks:  

• Monthly salary:  Up to HK$35K (Depends on candidates' experience and skills) + Discretionary bonus;
• Working location: Kowloon Bay;
• 5-day work;
