Responsibilities:
- To introduce company services by upsell, cross-sell, warm call, cold call and to build rapport with customer
- Proactively make outbound calls to achieve sales objectives
- To Handle and follow up the calls from customer enquiries
Requirements
- Form 5/DSE graduated or above
- Minimum 1 years of experience in telesales or call center
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
