Manage a sales database, ensuring all calls are logged accurately, including contact details, result of calls, and any follow up dates or other action required
Conduct one-to-one marketing / sales to prospective customers through telephone calls (cold-calls) in a professional manner and send out relevant marketing information through fax / email
Understand and communicate up to date information on the products and services offered by PEC
Maintain and develop relationships with potential and existing customers via telephone calls and emails
Convey customers’ feedback to the supervisor
Provide after sales services and administrative support when necessary

F.5 or above
1-2 year experienced in telesales; currently working in related field is preferred
Self-motivated, aggressive and result-oriented
Excellent communication and listening skills
Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Tools
Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
