Requirements:
- Form 5 or above;
- At least 1 year customer service / call center experience;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing,;
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Good communication and problem-solving skills;
- Good customer services and selling technique;
- Proactive, responsible, independent
