- Support Senior Consultant in Project Implementation
- Troubleshoot Business Application, Enterprise Software, system/hardware issues
- Perform product testing before product release and deploymernt.
- Provide advance customer service and hotline support to customers via telephone and email
- Work as a team member to implement ERP projects, including system design, system upgrade, financial modules implementation, documentation, business intelligence report writing, etc.
- Analyse, design and provide solutions to meet customer specifications that improves their existing workflow and processes
- To provide documentation for project implementation purposes, such as user manual, requirements documentations and process workflow documents.
資歷要求
- Bachelor degree preferably in Computer science/ Information System/ Information Technology or related discipline
- With at least 1.5 years’ experience in SAP functional role of FICO or MM, preferably with at least 1 full life cycle implementation experience
- Applicant with less experience will be considered as Junior Business Analyst / Junior Application Consultant
- Ability in analyzing, understanding business processes, visualizing impacts and presenting recommendations to various user levels
- Relevant SAP Certificate holder is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- Good command of spoken and written Mandarin is an advantage
- Able to work as a good team player
- Detail oriented, logical thinking and good analytical mind
