Youth Worker (Creative Education Unit) -1

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop curriculums for STEM training to students of primary to secondary schools
• Plan and conduct STEM courses/activities
• Liaise and build up network with vendors for science and technology training courses
• Develop and implement marketing plan for the STEM curriculums and activities
• To perform any other duties as required by the Federation.

Entry Requirements:

Study Fields：

• Recognized University degree with STEM related especially technology or engineering subjects preferable

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in curriculum development and / or educational management or equivalent
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and latest social media trend
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Personal Attributes:

• Self-driven and able to keep abreast of global and local technology development
• Persistent, able to work independently and under pressure
• Detail-oriented, good interpersonal and presentation skills
• A good team player, outgoing and energetic with strong leadership
• Passionate to work with youth
