Customer Service Representative ( 中資上市公司 / 14個月糧 / 5-day work )

Duties:

• Handling customers’ enquires, complaints and report to Manager
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide general clerical duties and data entry
• Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin & Cantonese
• Good telephone manner and communication skills
• Good PC knowledge of MS office
