Buyer

Responsibilities:

• Formulate solid buying plan and strategies and allocate the merchandise in right location.
• Manage inventory costs, sales forecast, gross profit margin to achieve sales and profit targets. 
• Conduct weekly analysis on the sales performance of each store and product and apply promotion strategies in order to meet sales target.
• Carry our store visits and obtain feedback form customers and staff to ensure floor plans, brand adjacencies and merchandise range meets customer requirements.
• Partner with Fashion Design team, Merchandising team, Visual Merchandising and frontline staff for executing appropriate strategies and tactics to boost sales and liquidate stock.
• Prepare and deliver product training and sales training to frontline staff.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Fashion Retailing, Statistics and Marketing is preferred.
• 6 years experience in Fashion Buying or Garment Merchandising.
• Fashion Lover with strong passionate in brand building.
• Strong analytical sense and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g. Pivot & Vlookup).
