Marketing Co-Ordinator / Marketing Assistant (Music)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and co-ordinate international marketing activities.
• In charge of all social media platforms, including posting and monitoring.
• Develop contacts with media, playlist editors and KOL/influencers.
• Participate other projects as required and needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passionate about music and promotion
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in music (or similar field) marketing and promotion
• Bachelor's/College degree in a marketing or similar course
• Team player, and winner

SKILLS

• Able to strategize and execute day-to-day promotion & marketing plan for all Evolution artists, songs and labels
• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish relationships with playlist curators & editors, influencers and various media.
• Very well organised with a methodical approach to working
• Sharp discipline to timely follow release schedules
• Ability to concentrate on the task and follows it efficiently
• Flexibility to balance a number of conflicting demands
• Smart to learn quickly and adapt to (often complex) in-house systems
• Technologically smart with social media platforms and data analytics platforms
• Able to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment
