Assistant Marketing Manager

Role

Provide professional marketing solutions to clients

Assist in preparing proposals, project pitching and clients presentation as well as maintaining good clients relationships for recurring businesses

Help and enhance smooth events and functions

Ensure clear communications with clients regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and project status/ action items

Manage and monitor the project team from planning to execution, ensuring quality deliverables to clients on time

Maintain project Profit/Loss and be able to identify the potential risk for the projects

Lead and provide coaching to junior team members

Able to manage and coordinate well with outsource parties and vendors

Requirement

Tertiary education graduated in any disciplines.

Around 6-8 years relevant experience in Marketing and Client Services / Account Management (with 2-4 years at senior level)

Experience in event marketing agencies / PR firms is a MUST

Client-focused, sales driven with strong project management skills

Possess good media/production house network and relationship preferred

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Knowledge of PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing is a MUST)

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive

Remuneration:

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification. Benefits including 5-days work, MPF, Medical Scheme, Annual Leave, Bonus will be offered to successful candidates.
