Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM programs to drive customer loyalty and brand exposure for our brands.
  • Analyze, monitor and maintain customer database for all marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Develop strategic action plan based on client segmentation and market analysis.
  • Ensure successful planning, execution and follow up of CRM strategy.
  • Plan and implement direct marketing campaigns including direct mailer, eDM, DM, MMS/SMS and whatsapp communications etc.
  • Administer Customer Loyalty Communications and VIP programs.
  • Organize and implement PR and membership events.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder of Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • Over 3 years of relevant experience in the retail sector is preferable.
  • High initiative, detail minded, dynamic.
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, fast-paced, team player with good problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
