Marketing Manager (Ref No.: 180581)

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will:

• Manage integrated marketing planning and implementation for the company and activities within the marketing department including visitation promotion, branding and signage, joint promotion, on-line and above-the-line communications, performance tracking and competitor’s analysis     
• Build brand preference / awareness, visitation and customer’s satisfaction for both local and overseas markets.    
• Initiate new products, experiences and revenue stream based on internal and external data and insights
• Plan and lead the team to implement village event, entertainment,  decoration and event sponsorship,  
• Attractions content management including live performance in the “Stage 360” and movie show content in “Motion 360”
• Manage and build NP360 advertising business       
• Take charge of the corporate-wide promotion materials support for guest service, sales and village tenants
• Manage industry affairs including to keep track and identify opportunity that could ride on the coming tourist trends and major infrastructures in HK and nearby regions    
• Oversee the marketing budget
• Support the Head of Marketing in developing and implementing the corporate strategy; and exploring and implementing business opportunities

Requirements:

• A degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• At least 10 years' experience of which at least 5 years at managerial level
• Previous working experience in event management in tourist attractions and shopping malls will be an added advantage
• Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Able to cope with pressure, work independently, meet tight schedule and work on limited resources
• Proven records in integrated marketing campaign and event planning and implementation
• Willing to take up challenges and able to work under dynamic business environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
