BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
We are looking for an organized, ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas of our company in China. In this role you will oversee all sales and customer servicing in China and work to grow your customer base. Candidate must possess innate leadership qualities, excel in maintaining client and vendor relationships, and have a true passion for sharing the benefits our products offer and contribute to our company’s success in the long run.
Responsibilities
- Working with Regional Headquarter and HK Teams, building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
- Lead and direct sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Report on sales results, forecast quarterly and annual profits
- Identify hiring needs, select and train a team of new salespeople
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Facilitate key business and customer relationships management and negotiate potential business opportunities
- Ensure net revenue growth and retention focusing on new business
Requirements
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Ability to build and lead a new sales team
- Excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
