Logistics Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :-

• Analyze and solves logistics and delivery problems in accordance with company policies ad procedures

• Assists the Manager to organize delivery schedules

• Arranges daily Delivery plan subject to our truck capacity

• Arranges delivery documents accordingly

• Liaises with internal staff and responds to the availability of the delivery date as requested

• Makes a confirmation call to the household in prior to the scheduled delivery date as requested

• Makes a confirmation call to the household in prior to the scheduled delivery

• Reports any breakage or shortages, packing omissions, delivery breakage, and other forms of defective goods occurred during delivery and seek for corresponding solutions

• Takes responsibility for the delivery operation in the absence of the managers

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement :-

• Form 7 or above

• At least 3 years experience in delivery with 2 years in supervisory level

• 1 year working in a retail service environment is an advantage

• Possess general PC computer knowledge, especially in MS Excel

• Fluent in Cantonese and English both in writing and speaking

• Strong leadership, organization and problem solving skills

• Able to work independently and willing to work overtime
