Duties

Provide pre/post-sales technical support, system design & analysis, system integration, maintenance and project
Provide user support, problem troubleshooting, system administration, patches installation on MS Windows 10/8/7 and MS Server 2008/2012/2016.
Provide system installation & support for client projects
Lead a team to provide deployment service

Requirement:

Degree in Computer Science or other Information Technology Discipline
Minimum 3 years’ experience in MS Windows, MS Exchange Server, MS Windows 2008/2012/2016 Servers
Holder of MCSE, MCITP, CCNA, CCNP will be an advantage
Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server, MS Exchange, MS SQL, Linux, Virtualization such as VMWare vSphere is preferred
Good communication skills of both Cantonese and English
Good at Job prioritization, problem solving and self-motivated with outgoing personality
