Analyst Programmer/ System Analyst

Duties:

• Collect and analyze user requirements, assist in systems analysis and design, develop programs, perform
• testing and debugging work and participate actively in all stages of the System Development Life Cycle
• (SDLC);
• Conduct impact analysis and assist in the preparation of proposals;
• Prepare system/project documentation in conformance to standards and project/quality requirements;
• Prepare technical proposals and deliver presentations/demonstration;
• Co-ordinate and liaise with different parties concerned for project work;
• Prepare test plan and perform various levels of testing;
• Conduct user training/briefing;
• coordinate system configurations and set-up, installation, deployment and production rollout;
• Perform troubleshooting and incident / problem resolution, assist in change management, operation support, capacity management, etc.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree holders or above in Computer Science or equivalent;
• 3-6 years IT work experience in application development
• Experiences in Windows 8/10 support and Windows Server 2012 support
• Knowledge and experience in IT security
• With hands-on work experience in HTML, Java, JavaScript, J2EE, Oracle, XML, SQL, JSP, Linux, ULS, GIS, ARC/INFO, .Net C#, ASP.Net, Visual Studio. Net or web programming
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
• HK permanent resident is required
