Job Description:

Server hardware/software installation
Server hardware maintenance & support services
Server relocation
Provide services report and perform user acceptance test
Update services details in the system and report to supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Provide the end-user support services and System administration tasks
Diagnose and troubleshooting server and network equipment.
Provide the preventive maintenance services on client side.

Job Requirements:

HKDSE / F.5 / Diploma or above in Computer Studies or equivalent
At least 1 year working experience in Wintel Server hardware & relevant products. Windows Server OS, backup applications and IT infrastructure
Good knowledge in LAN/WAN technology and networking environment
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
Self-initiative, result oriented and able to work independently
Non-office hour duty is required
