Supervisor – Workshop & Parts Control

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for repair and maintenance work of PC/Printer/Notebook in workshop
• Provide technical advice and support to field service engineer via the phone or on-site if required
• Work with parts warehouse, field service and workshop of spare parts related issue for service operation
• Perform analysis service parts inventory report
• Responsible for parts planning and control 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• At least 5 years related repair working experience
• Knowledge of PC/Printer/Notebook is essential
• Knowledge of MS Office, Windows OS, HP diagnostic tools and Clone image software is preferred
• Holder of MCP, or MCSE, MCITP, CCNA is an advantage
• Good communication skills
