Job Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls / enquiries and greeting visitors
- Provide secretarial support to various kinds of clients
- Provide professional administrative advice to the clients
- Managing customer requests and expectation
- General office administration work
- Quotation preparation and document filing
Job Requirements:
- F.5 graduate or above with 1 to 2 years experience
- Able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferably
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel & MS Word)
- Able to handle multi-tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Immediate available is preferred
