Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls / enquiries and greeting visitors
  • Provide secretarial support to various kinds of clients
  • Provide professional administrative advice to the clients
  • Managing customer requests and expectation
  • General office administration work
  • Quotation preparation and document filing

 Job Requirements:

  • F.5 graduate or above with 1 to 2 years experience
  • Able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferably
  • Proficiency in MS office (Excel & MS Word)
  • Able to handle multi-tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Immediate available is preferred
