Supervisor, Duty Control

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that any changes, which could affect our handling of the airline contracts, are immediately relayed to the management
• Monitoring and handling the meal order uplifting as per customer required
• Perform the pre-meal, initial and additional meal order handling
• Flight schedule & movement information handling
• Answer telephone calls and inform responsible personnel
• Monitor the use and operate the paging of walkie-talkies system
• Liaise with kitchen regarding flight delay and menu change
• Provide a supporting to transport team as required
• 5 working days a week and shift duty may required

Requirements:

• Degree holder, with qualification in Transportation / Logistics / Aviation Management is a plus
• One year or above working experience, experience in aviation industry is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Good computer literate, including MS Office
