Engineer / Assistant Engineer- Voice

Responsibilities:

• Support a wide range of voice products including PBX, VoIP, IVR, VM, Logger, SIP, IDA etc. valuation, deployment and maintenance
• Assist in leading project roll out and troubleshooting for all network connectivity
• Develop documentation manual and provide briefing session of project completion to customer
• Outdoor work is required

 Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in telecommunications, information technology, computer science or related discipline
• 2 years's IT or telecommunication industry experience
• Holder of Cisco's CCNP/CCNA Voice or Avaya's certification is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with Avaya IPO and Scopia, / NEC SV8100/9100 product
• Experience in PBX and Key-line System installation and troubleshooting
• Knowlege in Avaya Communication Manager (ACM), Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) or other IP phone network is highly preferable
• Work independently, self-initiative and with good interpersonal skills
