Front Desk Officer

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Diploma holder
• 1-2 years working experience in front desk operation
• Prior exposure in hotels or aviation industry is highly preferred
• Self-initiative, dynamics, customer-focused and good team player
• Good communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
• Fresh graduates in Hospitality, Travel or Tourism are welcome

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous service to guests and handle the front desk operation
• Work closely with internal parties to resolve guests’ issues and escalations
• Perform daily tasks including check-in/check-out, cashiering, VIP arrivals etc
