Engineering Assistant (Based in Macau) (RE-EL)

What you will do

 This person will join the project team in MACAU. He/she will provide administrative and clerical support to the team.

How you will do it

• Work with Project Engineers on assigned and ad-hoc tasks throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist in scheduling of sub-contractors and field technical staff
• Coordinate equipment delivery
• Create purchasing order and quotation sourcing
• Administer project purchasing invoice and accounts payable
• Work closely with related parties on daily operations
• Perform ad hoc duty as required

What we look for

Required

• Degree in Building Service / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Fire or related disciplines
• Preferably 1 to 2 years’ relevant working experience

Preferred

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Independent, resourceful and a good team player
• Willing to work on site office
• Fresh graduate are also welcomed
• Based in MACAU
