QA / QC Supervisor / QA Manager - Hardgoods / Kitchenawre / Near Food

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Manufacturing Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Quality Engineering;
• Over 8 years in QA in sundries.

Duties:

• Define quality plan, reliability test procedure, conduct post design, review meeting.
• Monitor the product quality in factories and suppliers.
• Create, implement and improve quality system to achieve quality goals.
• Manage customer complaints and process failure analysis to provide corrective action plan and monitoring procedure.
• Handle outside lab testing and customer testing issues.
• Overseeing regulatory issues and operation matters in factory
